Our waterproof mattresses are designed for demanding environments where conventional mattresses may not be suitable.
Made using high-grade foam and fully waterproof Crib 7 PVC fabric, they are easy to clean and designed to withstand heavy use. The sealed construction and carefully positioned seams help reduce areas where liquid can collect or penetrate.
The mattress construction is also tamper-proof and tear-resistant, making it suitable for secure and specialist environments where durability is particularly important.
Durable & Waterproof Secure Unit Bed Bases
Our secure unit bed bases are designed for environments where conventional bed frames may be unsuitable due to repeated heavy use, tampering or damage. The solid foam construction removes many of the components found in a traditional bed, helping reduce loose parts and potential weak points.
Each base is fully covered in a durable waterproof PVC surface, making it easy to wipe down and maintain while protecting the foam core from liquid penetration. The simple construction also makes the bed easier to inspect and maintain in specialist environments.
Because every base is made to order, we can alter the size, height and construction to suit individual rooms or operational requirements. Our solid foam bed bases have been used for over 20 years and are designed to provide a robust, low-maintenance sleeping platform for demanding settings.
Combined Waterproof Secure Unit Beds
Our combined waterproof bed is designed for secure units where reducing separate components can help create a more robust sleeping setup. By joining the mattress and bed base into one unit, there is less opportunity for the mattress to be lifted, moved or separated from the base during use.
The bed is manufactured using solid foam and durable Crib 7 PVC fabric, creating a fully waterproof, tamper-proof construction suited to demanding specialist environments. Its sealed outer surface is easy to wipe down and disinfect, while the simplified design helps reduce potential weak points and makes routine cleaning and inspection easier.
Because the bed is made to order, we can also alter the size, height and construction to suit specific rooms or secure-unit requirements.

Our beds and mattresses are covered using fully waterproof Crib 7 PVC fabric. The smooth waterproof surface is easy to wipe clean and helps protect the foam underneath from liquid penetration.

Our products are designed with tamper resistance in mind. Construction methods, seam positioning and material choices are used to reduce vulnerable areas that could otherwise be pulled, picked or damaged.
