Returns & Refunds Policy
No returns on correctly ordered, non-faulty
Correctly supplied bespoke or custom-made products that are not faulty cannot be returned simply because the customer no longer wants them or has ordered the wrong specification.
If we have supplied the wrong product, wrong size or specification, or there is a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will provide the appropriate remedy under UK consumer law.
Bespoke & Custom-Made Products
Products made to a customer’s individual specification cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.
Please check all sizes, specifications and requirements carefully before ordering.
Standard Made-to-Order Products
All Waterproofbeds products are made to order. Many are also made to individual customer requirements, including bespoke sizes, heights, base construction and other modifications.
Where a standard product has not been customised, any statutory cancellation rights that legally apply will still be honoured.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If a product has a genuine manufacturing defect, has been supplied incorrectly or does not conform to the contract, please contact us with your order details and photographs where appropriate.
Where a valid fault is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with UK consumer law.
Is your bed or mattress guaranteed?
All our products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months (please see individual products for further information). Our guarantee covers normal sleeping use only. Customers must comply with our recommended Weight limits, otherwise the guarantee will be void. If we deem a fault as 'misuse' by the customer, we have the right to void the guarantee. Please see ourGuaranteepage for more information.
Damage After Delivery
Damage caused after delivery is not considered a manufacturing fault.
This includes damage caused by deliberate damage or vandalism, sharp objects, cuts or punctures, picking, pulling or tearing, tampering or dismantling, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, staining or soiling, exceeding stated weight limits, incorrect cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
Return Shipping Costs
Where a non-faulty product is legally eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.
Our products are large and may require specialist transport, so return costs can be significant. Please contact us before arranging any return.
